This website is a showcase: it requires no registration and does not profile visitors. The only place where we collect personal data is the form on the Contact page, where you give us your first and last name, the name of your business, your email, optionally your phone number, your sector and the text of your message. Together with the request we record the IP address it was sent from and the date, to protect ourselves from automated submissions.
We use the form data only to answer your request, get back to you and, if you wish, give you a demonstration of the service. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box before sending, and the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request. Recording the IP address is based on our legitimate interest in protecting the form from abuse.
We keep requests for 24 months from the last contact, then delete them. If the contact turns into a contractual relationship, the data follows the retention periods that apply to that relationship.
Form data is accessible only to the controller. To make it work we rely on providers acting as processors: the mail service we use to send and receive email, the database where the request is stored and the servers hosting the website and the application. We do not sell or pass on data to third parties for marketing purposes.
The website and the application are hosted on servers in the European Union. Some providers may also process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case the transfer takes place on the basis of the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. The controller lives in Colombia and may access requests from there.
You can ask us at any time to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, receive it in a readable format or object to its processing, and you can withdraw your consent without affecting the lawfulness of the processing already carried out. Write to admin@tnode.tech: we reply within one month. If you believe the processing breaches the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
This website uses no profiling cookies and no analytics tools. Details are in the cookie policy.
We protect data with appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted connections, access limited to those who need it for their work, backups and periodic checks. No system is impenetrable, but we keep the data we collect, and the time we keep it, to a minimum.
This website may link to websites and services run by others, such as the app stores. This notice does not cover them: each has its own, which we invite you to read.
We may update this notice when the website, our providers or the law change. The version in force is always the one published here, with the date at the top; if the changes matter to people who have written to us, we let them know by email.
This notice covers the website only. Anyone using the dilly app or the portal reserved for businesses finds the specific notice inside those services: for the app's end users, the data controller is the business they join, while t·node acts as processor.
